Tattoo Questions

What do I need to bring to my appointment?

Your valid, non-expired government issued identification. ID must show your picture, legal name, and DOB. If your session is longer than 2 hours, bring water and small snacks such as candies, protein bars, etc. If you feel you need more of a meal, we do have space for you to take a break and eat.

What should I expect on the day of my appointment?

When you come in, we will ask for your ID to verify your age then have you fill out our consent form. If you have requested a custom design, your artist will go over the final design with you and make any adjustments. We will then bring you to a clean, prepared tattoo station to start the session.

Can I wear a perfume?

The process of tattooing requires the artist to be in a very close proximity to a client. If a client is wearing a strong perfume, it can interfere with their concentration which can effect the end result of your tattoo. Please shower before coming to your appointment. Proper hygiene is required for your health and the health of the artist.

Can I book for a touch up?

All of our artists offer free touch ups for the life of any tattoo that they create provided you have followed the proper aftercare instructions that we give you with at the end of your service. Any touch ups of their tattoos that are due to client negligence will require a fee or rate. Refreshing of tattoos done by other artists from other shops will require a rate and be treated as a regular appointment.

Can I use numbing cream?

Yes and no. You may purchase Painless Tattoo brand numbing cream from us directly. The numbing cream must be applied by your artist with enough time before your appointment to set in. Please let us know if you would like to purchase and use numbing cream so that we can make sure your appointment time is long enough. You may not use your own numbing cream or apply it yourself before your appointment. You will be asked to reschedule if this is the case.
